Ranked System Rigged?

I'm pretty sure the Ranking system is rigged and i know people are gonna say oh this kid is bronze he is bad... etc, just here me out. I have been super high win, loss over and over again and then i get put into 10 games in a row with people who's win loss is super negative and lose every game. You have said before that when your win, loss is that high you get matched with better players its not that thought, you see i'm not the problem its not that you put me up against better players its that i get a bad team. And again its "oh its not your teams fault clearly you are doing something wrong" i will give you video evidence of this happening over and over then you tell me its my fault. Yesterday my match history only had 2 games out of the 20 lost all ranked, then i play today and i have 6 losses in a row so far if i keep going maybe more. There is nothing i can do about it, I want to climb but i can't the mm system wont let me, I cheer my team on even if they are doing bad that doesn't help nothing helps i'm just born to be stuck in gold forever.
