help me understand

i had a 70% win rate and i got put in a game with people at a 40% win rate this is not right honestly how do you expect people to climb when you want them to fail personally you need to take advice from cs go mm system you don't put someone who has the potential to be good with bad people i even asked nicely and made a game plan i said "don't give up we can do this just stay back and farm and we got this late game" what does my team do feed and blame me for giving 1 kill to their mid laner my adc was 0 and 10 support 0 and 7 jungle 0 and 6 mid 1 and 7 i was 3 and 6 which only happen at the end when i gave up you can't play a team game without a team that's not how that works
