No, that's all of them. You might technically add Ashe, since you get her and Garen now at level 5 from a Hextech Chest (replacing the 400 RP at level 3). The Alistar promotion was broken, and has actually been removed, but you may still be able to redeem it through a ticket, with Blitzcrank Bot automatically adding him to your account. Also Triumphant Ryze is from winning a Riot sponsored tournament, but online-only event support ends on the 4th.

Brazil gets free Woad Ashe instead of Riot Girl Tristana. Not that that matters to us NA... but thought I'd just throw that out there.
I know that there are those three for NA but I was just making this just in case if people were to find a new one or something xP just keep this posted if there are new ones, if I find any or (if I am generous) i'll ask of anybody wants a skin but yea
