If I say this, will riot nerf?

I was gonna write a paragraph or two about a champion that is pretty good in this current meta, and why she isn't played, and why she SHOULD be played! But then I realized that if Riot found this, they would say, "Huh? Decent champion? Let's nerf her!" So ya. U think that will happen? (Also, this is NOT an attack on riot! I just don't want them to start up there nerfing machine because I maybe influence a few peeps to play a champion that's good in this meta.)
