Jobs in eSports

I was looking into esports jobs for riot games and I came across the job of Broadcast Observer. This interests me very much and I was wondering if anyone knew other jobs of this type, what degree I would need, how many people are employed with this position at Riot Games, and what degree is needed for this type of job. If anyone can answer any of those questions it would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully someone from Riot will tune in on this too!
