Unchained Alister not able to get on YouTube subscription

I have tried and tried to get the champ and skin, but have failed many times. I would like to get this for free sense it is saying that I could. If there is anything that Riot could do to help with this issue, then please do. I have been spending my time doing this and getting no results. Thanks, DarkGrowth27

Just send a ticket to Riot support I had the same problem and the will add the skin and champion.
