Client Home screen BUG or Issue

There seems to be an issue relating to my home screen in the Client. I am trying to accept an invite from a friend and i do not see one, as well as i hear the notification but i do not see one. There is also an issue that while i am in chat, it seems that when i enter a new message, it repeats what i have previously typed out. There is also an issue where i can not scroll down on my friends list. This has never happened to me before and i hope this can be fixed rather soon.

It seems it was just a home screen bug that was fixed easily. I don't know why it did this but I was able to fix it by reinstalling League and going through all of the updates - even though it was a hassle - and now it looks fine.
