Most powerful champion; both lore and gameplay-wise?

Who is the most powerful champion lore-wise? And, Who is the most powerful champion gameplay-wise?

Gameplay: I'd have to say Jax Someone no one, not even broken Darius, or very stacked Nasus, or true damage Garen can 1 v 1 easily

Lore: I'd have to say Xerath Someone not even Nasus and Renekton together could fully defeat You may say Aurelion Sol , but to me an Ascended has the power of the sun. Sound familiar? Making them just as, if not more, powerful than the celestial champions. Who's yours?

I was Jax Jg versus a Nasus Jg. He had a BUNCH of stacks even for jungle. 1v1 him easy even though he could 2-3hit me.

Lore? Probably Bard . Xerath is the only real competition IMO.

Gameplay? Veigar or Nasus . The stacks are real.

Went 14/0/4 just now as veigar. they had a 14/7/5 nasus with over 800stacks. Still couldnt 1v1 me. xD

AurelionSol he created Suns and can destroy them. So he's stronger than an ascended being by that scale. So I'd say he's strongest lore wise. He's a literal God.

Kindred is tied with Sol, she's a god too. She's literal death. An ascended being has nothing on that.
