Ammerican in Turkey; Server Differences?

Hello League Community,

I have never really written a topic or posted before; but I don't think I can just ask this in a LoL chat room. So temporarily I am in Turkey, I will be leaving before the end of 2016. I have made my account on the NA server (obviously) and play on that server still; and yet I can't help but wonder if my connection/flow of my gaming experience will be better off if I was on the server for Turkey instead of the NA, given I'm not living there at the moment. Turkish internet services, frankly speaking, aren't as reliable or fast as they are back home. Or at least, this is the case for Adana, Turkey. However, Turks in person are much more polite and kinder than most Americans, so I am anticipating a more pleasant experience in terms of a presence of toxic players.

Any thoughts, reliable resources and/or information on the subject are very helpful and much appreciated. Reposted because I had posted in the incorrect Board and it was deleted.
