League's Deadliest Player?

So, I was watching Vincent on youtube the other day and I got a question. Could anyone figure out who is League's Deadliest Player? Who has the most total champion kills in (not bot? I guess ranked gold+ but, anything that isn't bots will apply here!) League history? Curious to see who may actually end up being the 'heaviest hitter'. Looking for actual facts here!

For a single player itd be hard cause if you have enough time to even be considered you prolly have a few smurfs that youd have to compile.
