Arcade Splash Screen is amazing

This is the greatest splash screen I have ever seen. Is there anyway to keep it forever? When I start up LoL I just sit on the splash for a few minutes, the music and animation just makes me happy. I understand they need to switch it up as it works as advertising, but maybe someway I can switch it back to a retro version?
