Didn't receive hextech box when I level up at the same time.

Won a game, got an S, also leveled up. At the end of the game, I got the champion capsule, but I didn't get the hextech box. On the champions page it shows that I got the S, but it doesn't say I've earned a box for that champion. Champion in question is
