Okay so I went and downloaded this Xsplit Gamecaster it was free. And when i was trying to stream so i can show my friends. and whenever i was streaming live or recording it i kept lagging in my game. i was also lagging in the video too. how does this work? can someone help me to make sure I don't lag again in game because i died 3x because of lag? and is there a better streaming one that I can download for free??????

Lagging can be because you don't have sufficient upload speed to stream or it can be because your computer doesn't have enough processing power. Do a speed test and if you have 4 mbps or higher you should probably be okay as far as internet speed. Use this to get your settings straight afterwards https://obsproject.com/estimator
