Any0n3 know how I can get out of Low Priority Que?

I had to go when while playing in-game there was a big spider in the room so I had to go away for a bit....and when came back the game was there and everything but it wouldn't connect and allow me to read what my teammates had been saying throughout that time I was away. So then I ended the game and restarted and came back, but then we lost and after that I can't join a game without waiting like twenty minutes or something.

I KNOW what a Low Priority Que is, but I don't get why I'm in one...or more over how I can get back to playing without having to wait 10+ minutes for the que dodge timer and the 20 minutes for the low priority que.

Anyone know how a way around it or something?
