Her CDs seem ridiculously long compared to other top laners early game. He damage is weak even when runed... extremely susceptible to stuns,ccs, etc

Am i just playing her wrong or is she just ubernerfd.

I have a hard time team fighting, let alone 1v1ing any champ

She is very strong early game due to her ability trade with her shield, stun and 3 Q's, and should get 40% CDR from item 3142 item 3158 and some scaling CDR blues
