let tank Ekko still live and defend it(previously), have item 3124 still be the most broken item in the game for cost efficiency, Annie still has infinite zoning with passive, perfect. Volibear one of the highest winrates for very simple mechanics/survivabity mixed with % missing hp EXECUTE for a whopping 3 AA's

"GAAAAASSSSP" Zed can be countered by an item that has no relevance against him other than the active, remove it BUFF HIM!
