new rengar skin confirmed in preseaon jungle announcements?

Did anyone else notice a champion that looked like it could be Rengar with some sort of infernal skin in the pictures on the preseason jungle changes announcements?

EDIT: Probably just dragon buff's new visual effect. However, infernal Rengar might be interesting.

I think that's just Headhunter Rengar with the new Dragon Slayer buff.

Hec and Zed are getting new skins for sure as they currently have placeholders in the system file. im guessing the other 5 from that new thing going on are going to be added in as well
