Dipping during champ select

I don't think you should get a ban for this. The game hasn't started yet. I'm one of those people who wait for everyone to decide, and I just fill you know so everyone's happy. But you can see a troll player coming when 3 people call mid, and they all lock a mid character w/ 10 seconds left. If it's a fail team that ALREADY doesn't want to communicate, what's the big deal if I decide "no this is r%%%%%ed" and leave before the game starts? They don't lose their place in line, and I go back the the start of the line. What's the harm?
