5 day wait time on mystery skins normal?

Hey Riot! I just want to say first and foremost, This promotion is really awesome. But, I'm not trying to sound impatient, or not grateful for everything you do! But, it's been five days and I still haven't received my mystery skin. Which is totally cool, I just want to make sure I wasn't toxic, or something. Which would surprise me because, during my 3 (almost 4) years of playing League of Legends I have never gotten anything so little as a warning for Toxic behavior. I even try to call people out on toxic behavior, so I guess my question is: Is the wait time normal, or was I toxic this year, and I just didn't know it.?

OH RIGHT, P.P.S. I also understand that there are like 20 jillion people who play league, so I totally get it and also want to get mad props for taking on such a HUGE undertaking, because people getting the skins is like, what, 95%+ of the play base? I think that's what Lyte said. So, yeah if I could get a reply that'd be awesome. Thanks!
