@Rioters Who designed (new, NEW) Gangplank? [An Invitation to Chat]

Hello Rioters!

I am (and have been) on a quest to improve my understanding of Character Design and art in a video game.

I am very interested in Gangplanks (new) NEW design. I have a lot of questions about it.

Mainly regarding:

• The inspirations behind his design
• How the idea came about
• Who worked on it And,
• How long it took for his final design to come about
