Inactive Account Names That Can Be Put To Good Use!

So I've been changing my name and i want to get a really cool name, But all these names are taken from level 1 or below level 10 players who don't even play. So im thinking riot should sweep the accounts that are inactive aka "OG Names" and let us use them because im trying to find a name for this champion.

There is already a Summoner Name Cleanup. An account has 1 month of protection on their name per level (6 minimum). After inactivity for that long the name is up for grabs.
