I was banned on my NoFrys account a while ago. Back then as a noob we were very toxic. Since then I was depressed after just buying some cool skins and champs. I also decided to create my new account I have lvl 30 bronze 2 almost bronze 1. I haven't been banned once but I have dodged do to IRL issues. I really wish I can get that account back as I am a poor kid with not so much money. I really loved the game I bought runes and everything. I owned all the champs I liked and excited for season 7. I am just asking for forgiveness Riot Games, I will never be toxic again I will report other toxic people and be friendly and helpful to my team. Ty so much if you read this I love you <3 ~NoFrys

It's not your money. You agreed to pay them money for Riot Points. Not for ban immunity. That has nothing to do with this. You've already paid them. It's their money now.

Nice try, but no. Termination is a punishment not a condition. There is nothing to recover or "unban", its gone, move on and stay on the right path to avoid the same incident. IF you are truly reformed it will be easy.
