PSA: We ARE getting Both new and old Harrowing skins this year, just probably in a few days.
Being seeing questions about this everywhere so I thought i'd make a post adding some visibility and 
to the situation.

This is correct. Slayer Jinx, Slayer Pantheon and Zombie Nunu will be available later this patch. In addition, Harrowing legacy skins will be making their way back into the store when the aforementioned skins become available.
