There also needs to be a hired gun/hitman (not the game, an actual hitman) for them. The mark works perfectly for the theme of the skin
They could use an effect similar to arcade hecarim's mane/tail for the aurora! It would look great!
I might break my no spending real money on LoL for this skin.
Needs to be a Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess themed skin.

There is no way to make a blue/green aurora look good on the summoners rift which is also mainly green/blue.
I think that Skin would be pretty neat... Since i play Kindred with his Skin alot
But kindred just came out... And bard needs a skin.
I feel like im going to be hung for saying the word bard around other league players.
Also the badly needs to be a Midna skin from Twilight Princess (wolf could be Link's alternate wolf form). there is already a mask too! although there may be copyright issues.... siiigh
I would say a Princess Mononoke looking skin would be great, but I'm sure there would be copyright issues with that :/
