If you promise you won't waste my time, i'll explain why it's suboptimal and what should be a legit draven build, by the way tl;dr, that build won't work except in bronze/silver, and even there you will just play the waiting game waiting for late game, not pressuring or carrying at all. Sorry to crush your theorycraft dreams, but first you build a base, then you keep building on it.
