Is placement on 1st season really necessary? (Especially in Japanese server)

Firstly , I would like to say “this is considered only for Japanese” Since I’m Japanese , I can almost understand what other Japanese thinking. But I can’t understand what the other country players are thinking. This request is just for the Japanese server which is coming.
Ok , lets start talking. Is placement on 1st season is really necessary? After the 1st placement , the most of all players start higher tier and division where they really should be. Usually players who just reached level30 start at silver4 or around , but they only have bronze skill. If those players run ranked queue again and again , they would fall to silver5 0LP. If they are brave, they still do it and fall to bronze5 0LP. When they find an answer of being good , finally they will climb a ladder. But players who are not brave , they will quit a rank queue due to a fear of falling to bronze. A reason why they are afraid of falling to bronze is that many people regard “bronze” as a discriminatory word. The “bronze” amplify the fear. So , the current rank system make some people avoid running rank queue.
Its not the only reason why players are afraid of rank queue. If a player fight at higher rank from his skilll , he will be a problem of his team. And other teammate will blame him so hard. Many Japanese tends to avoid the argue since they dont like it. And durability of being blamed might be lower than other players. Its also one of reasons to leave the rank queue.
In fact , one of my friends stop playing rank queue. He finished 10games of a placement on 1st season , but he could not forget a memory which he was blamed so hard. So he never go to a placement on 2nd season.He always say “LOL is the best game , but a quality of LOL players are not the best”. Now he only plays ARAM with mute.
Not all players are brave and have strong mentality against a blame. Especially Japanese players are like that.
What I would like to suggest is to stop placement on 1st season (in Japanese server). How about starting bronze5 0LP when they reach level30. If there is no placement , all players start at bronze5 0lp. Now the word “bronze” will be “starting poting” instead of “hell”. Players can go rank queue without any pressure since they will lose nothing at bronze5 0lp. Negative impression of rank queue will be reduced , and positive impression will grow stronger. Because now player can think “Only a chance to go higher is given , nothing to lose”.
And if player can reach at silver level with this system , they will be proud of reaching silver level. They can gain self-confidence and feel a satisfaction. The current placement system make the most of all players start at silver level. If they will fall to bronze and come back to silver , they will think “I came back at start point” instead of “I made it !”. If players have self-confidence , they will not get angry so hard by falling to bronze after placement on next season. They just think “I reached silver once, Now I can make it again”. They might be still positive if there is no placement on 1st season.
At 2014 , I invited more than 10 Japanese players to LOL. Only half or less members finished placement. And only a few players still playing rank queu. And there is no one to reach gold tier yet. Its obvious to see that Japanese are afraid of rank queue by this example. They are especially afraid of placement. Rank queue has 2 big pressures for beginners. One is rank atmosphere itself and another is placement. They need more time to accommodate themself to the rank queue. The placement should come at 2nd season after players already feel less pressure against rank atmosphere.
If there was no placement on 1st pressure , those my friends might have a chance to keep rank queue. If they can feel satisfaction by reaching silver from bronze , they keep positive for a rank game on next season.
I and friends are all office-worker. They don't have much time to play LOL compared with young people. It’s hard to give an achievement of reaching gold from silver. They don't expect they can go gold and don't want to practice for it. But for those players , bronze to silver is still possible.
Of course , there is a problem if 1st season placement is removed. Because there are many smurf players in LOL. If there is no 1st season placement , beginners will meet smurfs more than now. Win/Lose will depends on which team have smurf.
There are 2 answer for this problem. One is just to accept smurfs. Smurf surely have a power of changing a game. But the direction is always toward WIN. Its better situation than troll/afk/leaver is in the same team. If a smurf trying to bronze to diamond , the new system can prevent the smurf from intentional loss since everyone can start at bronze5.
This answer make smurf stay lower rate for a long time. If a pro player coming to one country , make them play from bronze5 ? It’s not a good situation for both higher/lower rate players.
Thus , Here is the another answer. The 2nd answer is to give 2 choices to players, “Start from bronze5 (new system)” or “Start with placement (current system)”. So , we can choose both choices. Smurf players will choose “placement” if they just want to go higher quickly. Or They will do “bronze5” for “bronze to diamond” without intentional feeding.
Of course Riot need prepare “bonus” for players who starting at bronze5. Or No one will choose “start at bronze5”. For example , if a player start at bronze5 , he can get 6300ip or mystery skin or rune page as a reward of starting rank queue. And if a player starts with placement and is placed at silver , he can’t get tier reward unless he get 200win at the silver tier , or get 100win after going higher tier(gold or above). Luck must be removed from the placement for beginners who trying to higher rank by placement. (These are just an example and there must be a better idea. We need consider more) Then a real beginner will surely choose “start at bronze5 0LP”.
The reason I suggest this idea is that I really want Riot to succeed Japanese service. Japanese players who I invited are now afraid of playing rank queue. Now they’are playing ARAM everyday. ARAM never make them stronger. As a result , they can’t win normal summoner’s rift these days. So they stop normal game too. Now ARAM is the only mode for them.. Some of them start to think “I’m not good at LOL ,I’m playing LOL for a long time , but I can’t be stronger yet” What is good is they still keep playing LOL. What is bad is if they are playing ARAM only , they can’t choose their favorite champions. It will reduce sales of special skin. This situation will matters for current riot business model.
Since they are office-worker and don't have much time, some of they might just choose ARAM which finish for a short time. But for those people , Riot should sell custom skin. Finally , I would like to talk about a good change for LOL.
Changing a draft mode music is a better idea. One of reasons why ranked queue make players feel big pressure is that the old music of draft pick mode is too good. The old music was really amazing and epic and had originality. It was one of the best game bgm I’ve ever listen. But the same time , it made people feel nervous so hard since the bgm had a hook (=high point of a song). The new music doesn’t have any hook. And it’s like typical Hollywood song like “Dark knigts(batman)” or “Pirates of the Caribbean” or something I've watched. So , the old bgm is better than the new one at the point of quality, but the new is better at the point of champion select music. Maybe the old music should be used only for team ranked or something really special.
