Minimum and Recommended System Requirements

Using the provided link, can someone build me the cheapest computer that can run max settings on 60fps? Prefer Pcpartpicker links please.

ONLY League? Because you can run league at 60 FPS on max settings for pretty cheap.

I'm asking if you want this computer to ONLY be able to play League and nothing else really, because then you can likely get one that is only about 200 bucks, but it likely won't run ANYTHING else especially all these new games. Smarter way to do this, tell us your budget.

You already have a monitor I'm assuming right and would you like anything extra, mouse, keyboard, wired or wireless network capability?

On the off chance you aren't coming back, here, 400 bucks, but it lacks a monitor and a wireless card of any kind, cheap, good enough to run a few of the older games, about a year ago, maybe some current too.

No, a lot of those parts aren't very good, or just aren't necessary. Get an i3 processor, they are more expensive then AMDs, but Intel's are a lot better than AMD processors right now. Most consumer CPUs will come with a cooler, and the i3 definitely has one, so that is unnecessary. Better to get a full size ATX motherboard, as you have more options for upgrading in the future, and you don't need really need the small form factor. You can find a good full ATX motherboard for about $8-10 more A 60GB SSD is not going to be enough to much of anything on, and just having the speed of an SSD isn't worth it unless you get something in the ranges of at least 120GB. You can get a 1TB HDD for $5 more, a much better price-to-GB value If you are just going to be playing League, you don't need an optical drive (you don't really need one for much of anything now). You can either download the drivers you need, or install the driver disk onto a flash drive from another computer. An optical drive is just a wasted 20 bucks.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/m4BhLk This build IS more expensive than the Jamaree's, but the the key components in this build are better than the other's. This build will get you further before upgrading, and also has better performance and will allow you to play more games than just league (which you probably will eventually) Like his build, this one doesn't include a monitor or peripherals, although I did include an inexpensive wireless network card from ASUS, which is a reputable manufacturer, so the cheap price (<$10) shouldn't scare you (you don't need to spend much for a good wireless network card)

You could change up the motherboard for something that is a bit less expensive, as this one has USB 3 headers, and the case has no USB 3 ports, but it's not necessary.
