How to get rid of trolls/toxic players in ranked.

IN CHAMP SELECT for ranked solo/duo queue:

If your whole team knows a player is going to troll or feed for fun cause he's an ass or smurf..the team should have a one time vote majority rules..to kick the player out of select to find another game without the risk of dodging which means losing LP or forfeiting your promo series. If the troll is duo...the duo partner cannot vote to keep him in the game. That is what we need. You can't fucking ruin a whole game for everybody in ranked just cause you're smurfing in gold or silver cause your main is plat, diamond or even challenger. OR even if you are one of those toxic shits that just troll in ranked for fun.. It's not fun. It just ruins everyone's morale, and liking of this game. Everyone deserves an equal chance to win.

I understand this system may be flawed...but I am sure over time we can refine it to a perfect method of avoiding and removing toxic and troll players. This system will drastically help minimize or even eliminate the purpose of trolling, and shun toxic players till they learn to play with good behavior. Dodging select should still have LP penalties and promo forfeit penalties to create a balance. That way players are more than likely to play in "teamwork" orientated behavior in ranked. This option should not be available in normals..cause I guess normals are for fun..but ranking really is taken seriously by many.
