Reporting players via private messages

I was wondering why there inst a feature of reporting players that harass through direct messages. I feel like there should be an option in the tool tips icon in the top right hand corner of the message. If there is a feature to report the chat logs then I am unaware, but if there isn't then I think it should be implemented. I've been added on multiple occasions by other players after a game just to be harassed with derogatory and offensive language.
