plays 50-60 games without 'leaving' cough dcing from wonderful server. literally gets barred from entering game gets in game 10 mins late gets 5 20min leaver buster

Yeah. The 5 minute ones are only for like the first 2 or 3 times. After that, you always get 20 minutes at minimum.
if it is server issue, riot would've detected it and dish out the loss prevented. I think you dc'd cuz of your internet and that is a personal problem. Not riot's
