WHY is the difficult scale on Katarina so HIGH? (higher than Ezreal)

This is a minor thing and its random but that's why its in miscellaneous. Honestly this should be changed, Riot come on when there are videos of people getting quads by rolling there face on the keyboard it can't be that hard, and don't forget the fact that she has no skill-shots. Personally I don't find her laning phase hard since she has no mana and can spam spells. All i'm saying is why have those stats if you aren't going to keep them accurate. Please change it to something more reasonable or back to what it used to be (since it used to be lower).
