As largely a solo (or duo) queue player, I have found it much easier to climb this season. And honestly, focus on map awareness, wards, and objectives. Focus on roaming as much as possible. Get advice from people. Be nice to everyone, especially the feeders, cause rarely is it an intentional feeder, especially in bronze, and being a dick will just make that person play worse. If you want that feeder to stop feeding, then be nice and optimistic to untilt the person. Also, try to requeue with people you meshed well with and did exceptional in your games. But generally, you do not want to do this unless you yourself are doing exceptionally well. Which from your match history, it does not look like you are. You cause your own deaths btw, not your teammates. That is the one thing that purely you can control. "But my teammate baited me..." Your fault for following. "But my teammate fed him or her...." Your fault for not warding and getting caught out by that fed laner.
It takes a lot of practice. Like, a lot. I am sure that you have a lot to do to improve as a player.
I got from Silver 5 to Platinum 5 in a month and a half this season as a support main almost purely on solo or duo queue (sometimes I would requeue with teammates I liked in some games). It is not impossible if you got the skill. I practiced Soraka in normals for 2 months until I started playing ranked again using her as my main. And what those two months taught me is not just how to get my Silence placement perfect and how to play a great Soraka in teamfights when it matters, but also on that same positioning with works for many squishy champs, and on map awareness that saves many lives, and on shotcalling that can win the game.
Good luck.
