Riot can you remove brutalizer from the jungler items.

I don't want to see j4 get gutted because your broken jungle items get him and WW nerfed to shit because you can't balance items correctly.

Thanks just remove it. I don't mind building the HP jungle item or not finishing it at all past the smite upgrade. Don't need nerfs because items make him seem "OP" as the casuals call it. Thanks.
