Has Riot ever actually talked about Vayne recently?

Mostly title. I don't care if they're saying she's perfectly fine or looking at vayne nerfs. I just haven't heard anything about a champ that many people vocally hate more than Teemo in season 3. I don't hate her as much as most people, but I kinda would like to know what Riot thinks about her, does she make the game experience more fun or not or whatever.

Honestly, looking at the threads I can see when i call up boards, it seems like she must not be that fun to play against at least.
