Harrowing map???

Right now Im using your 2012 map that I had to download because you insist that I pay for some skins you did. Seriously, in 2012 you released 2 different seasonal map skins and you have not done that since. When did riot stop caring? And by the way, harrowing is Halloween. Saying "Oh it can be anytime!" even though its been October every year before is just a lame ass excuse to skip harrowing.
