RP Transfer

Not sure if it's been suggested before but I assume most people like me who play with family or friends and purchase some RP occasionally. I've found a number of times I've had a minuscule amount of RP that's not good for anything same as a number of my friends and then go to buy something and see that I'll be short 4-7 RP from the level of payment I want to make. Why can't they make it so that friends and family can transfer that little amount and save everyone the trouble of having a useless amount of RP.

It's part of the intended functionality of a token-based business model like Riot Points. Having a non-zero amount feels like a waste, and serves as incentive to buy another package of currency to get some use out of them.
