since riots mmr is r%%%%%ed and since im playing on a new account i face 2 smurfs and a platinum player while i get all golds and my whole team feeds before 20 min since im a scaling jungler can only go 2-1 LOL . welp time to feed till i get silver mmr again and just plow to diamond.

I don't understand if they are smurfs they shouldn't be doing poorly, especially if you are playing in that type of rank. Let alone why a plat is in your game unless they boosted/bought the account.

But you have to remember there has to be a losing and winning side. You will lose games and win them no matter who your teammates are!
