Ineligible ranked?

So today I played a ranked in solo queue and i raged horribly on a shitty volibear who tried to baron but he never smited it (he said he didn't think it was necessary) and the enemy team killed him and got baron, because of this they pushed and won even though Tristana (me), Riven, and Ziggs were fed. My real question is now apparently the stupid %%%% reported me and now I can't play ranked and I'm given the message "Ineligible for ranked mode due to previous behavior on their account" how do i get rid of it?

From what I know, you are currently banned from playing ranked games, and the only way to get unbanned is to play AND WIN a certain amount of normal draft games. The amount varies from account to account, so I have no idea what the amount is for you, but you should have received an email or some sort of notification that tells you how many.

However, even when you get unbanned from ranked, if you keep acting the way you do in game, you're just going to get punished again.
