Why not name it Kidney shot? E makes him jump behind the target and it slows them by 99%. Have you ever tried walking right after getting hit in the kidney? Or Kidney Jab (doesnt sound as cool)

I havent played the new Talon but he was one of my favorites before the change. I think i would rather have like a .5 second stun rather than a 99% slow for 1 second...
a kidney shot wont slow you for only 0.25 seconds. the silence was to simulate the surprise element on the enemy. i mean when someone instantly appears behind you then you are supposed to be shocked for at least a second. thats why there was 1 second silence. but now you better name it "the predictable blink" or some shit like that. the moment he blinks to people they are not "surprised" anymore. he is like a candy to them ready to be eaten xD haha so bad xD
