List all the non-in-game nerfs here that Riot did (i.e.don't list items, champ dynamics, map assets)

List all the things that Riot has nerfed in LoL lifetime, that has not been a game asset, such as an item or champion nerf, neutral monster nerf. You can give a reason why they should have not nerfed said thing, if you want. I'll start with the obvious one.
