Some champions getting overloaded while some are getting completely ignored?

Literally all the skillful champions that you don't usually see in Bronze aren't getting any love while other champions are getting absolutely overloaded? I know Riot balances based on pro play but I shouldn't be forced to get rid of all my decent champions that I play just to go play some boring overpowered picks. It managed to get so one-sided to the champions I don't play that if I pick the champions I like I'm almost guaranteed to feed Champions I play that I can't play at all anymore: Champions I can still use: New champions I've found that work:

R.I.P. the chance of me getting silver in 2017, Bronze meta is dead to me.

Edit: People aren't reading my argument so Imma just sum it up. The champions I listed are not getting any worse and I do not think they're bad, everybody else is just getting better while a lot are getting ignored, I only named some out of about 30 champions that need something done.

They don't balance around pro play except for the Worlds patch(es). They balance around Plat+.

On your list, the only champions I would agree are garbage are Aatrox and Kindred.

What's wrong with Nocturne RekSai Braum Bard TahmKench Maokai ? They are all still good at what they do.

Gnar is ok as well its just that other champions are better at what he does right now.

Maokai is a tank so why wouldn't an ad BRUISER outdamage him? Maokai still does his job well. I dont see how Nocturne running out of mana is a problem either. Many junglers do, just get a blue buff or those honey fruits.

I dont know too much about supports I dont see what is exactly wrong with Braum or Bard .

Is it Malzahar support being a thing now?

Like I was trying to say, the AD bruiser outdamaging him and having barely less/equal tankiness is the exact reason you shouldn't play Maokai. What reason would you legitimately have to choose him over somebody who has AD, and more damage to get objectives better. So many champions just replace him.

First off, I have not seen Malzahar support luckily. Secondly I really can't give an explanation to what is wrong with Braum and Bard because there is nothing wrong with them. But everybody else can just choose a better champion so you have no reason to pick them.

Actually you may pick braum for a counterpick against many things, I think he will always be useful for that.

bard is awful in current meta of bot lane fiesta, braum probably cant keep up with """"support"""" mages

tahm and reksai are awful period

noc and mao are great though

If RekSai is so terrible why do I see her being played in high elo consistently? (My brother is high diamond and I also watch many streams)

Other champions do better than each of these, that was my entire argument, they're technically not getting worse but everybody else is just getting better. If I was naming awful champions you'd be seeing Galio Taliyah Urgot Skarner
