Some champions getting overloaded while some are getting completely ignored?

Literally all the skillful champions that you don't usually see in Bronze aren't getting any love while other champions are getting absolutely overloaded? I know Riot balances based on pro play but I shouldn't be forced to get rid of all my decent champions that I play just to go play some boring overpowered picks. It managed to get so one-sided to the champions I don't play that if I pick the champions I like I'm almost guaranteed to feed Champions I play that I can't play at all anymore: Champions I can still use: New champions I've found that work:

R.I.P. the chance of me getting silver in 2017, Bronze meta is dead to me.

Edit: People aren't reading my argument so Imma just sum it up. The champions I listed are not getting any worse and I do not think they're bad, everybody else is just getting better while a lot are getting ignored, I only named some out of about 30 champions that need something done.
