Would like bigger AFK penalties in Ranked games

It's scary how many people are AFK in Ranked matches. OK, so a game is a big time committment, and Real Life Happens. But when you play Ranked, you should be more certain you can actually play the game.

I am writing this because there were 4 games with AFKs (at least) in my 10 provisional games for Season 5. I'd really like to see stiffer penalties for being AFK in ranked games. Being too punishing in Normals makes no sense, in my opinion. But the reason I play Ranked is because, you know, I'd like to compete for a Rank. But when so many of my Ranked games come down to which team has an AFK, I wonder why I bother.
