and they have a 13/0 nasus is it ok to afk at that point or if this happens alot should i just quit league, im going through a rough time in my life and i get really mad and throw my headset and even cry or sit under my desk when i start playing bad cause other people feed, and i get demoted
My suggestion would be if your having personal issues outside of the game, I would avoid ranked for a bit. You tend to play alot worse when mad.

You need a break, friend. Take a week or two off from league. If you're getting upset to the point of crying then you are on an extended tilt, and the BEST way to quit an extended tilt is to simply stop playing for a week. Forget ranked, forget youtube videos about league, forget first win of the day. Just take some time off and deal with your personal life so that you can come back to the game fully refreshed.
