Harrowing Phishing Scams Because no Harrowing Event??

Help! I've been sitting in teambuilder and I've had two supports in a row enter the lobby, send a link to some shady "harrowingtreasures" website and then leave. Riot, let's be real. These phishing scams are happening because you opted for Worlds > Harrowing event. Do NOT click any of these links by the way, obvious scam is obvious.

What are you doing to stop these scams from happening (which may likely be prospering due to people's desperation for Harrowing skins)?

Worlds ARE > than Harrowing. You're talking a multi million dollar world wide event taking precedence over a for fun seasonal event. This is coming from someone who desperately wants Harrowing to happen and has been checking boards and news daily for any info regarding it.

Riot always warns against phishing scams. It's not the Rioters fault that there are shitty people on the internet willing to exploit those who do not know any better. The best thing to do is be wary of any crap like this unless it is posted directly from Riot itself.

They are filtering out the sites on the forums, and banning compromised accounts just like they would any scammer.

This has happened for the last two events and has nothing to do with the delayed skin sales.
