No longer receiving Worlds Tokens ???

So Worlds Tokens are good through December 3rd, and the K/DA stuff leaves on November 19th. I have the Worlds Pass and I just played three games. I got my 15 tokens for first win of the day, and then I played two more matches (one loss, one win) and didn't receive any tokens for wins/performance???

Did Rito do away with the tokens already, even though you can spend them through Dec. 3rd, or is this a bug?

I have 1824/2500 tokens for Prestige Kaisa and I was trying to avoid buying those ludicrous orb packs to complete this.
