We need a way to send specific amounts of RP

Several times now, I'm only 50 RP away from a skin that i want. I don't want to pay 5 bucks for more RP than i need, and who knows when the skin will go on sale.

One of my friends has the RP and would be willing to send it to me, but we just cant.

Ranting here probably won't do any good, but i dunno, it just makes me feel better.

I've thought giving specific amount of rp from your own would always be a neat thing, maybe only receiving it once a month or something. Oh well.
