Automated report system

The report system for verbal abuse, negative attitude, offensive language is 100% automated. I just played a normal game as shaco jungle. I went into a blind pick normal said jg and locked shaco. The other four people on my team were queued together. They wanted their guy to jg. So they send blitzcrank with smite around to troll me. I didn't really care. I usually just play ranked, but was playing shaco in normal for practice. I literally muted my team at the beginning of the game. I said two things the whole game. "gg" at 20 mins when the other people on my team decided to surrender and "for a troll you fail" when blitzcrank failed to troll me by outsmiting me on buffs(I outsmited him both times). Nothing I said was verbally abusive in anyway shape or form. Yet at the end of game they all abuse this broken system by reporting me for offensive language. I don't want to get punished for something I'm not actually doing. Please tell me how you will fix this problem. The reporting system is broken.
