Lag when purchasing Fort/Brilliance Elixirs
My game seems to freeze for anywhere between 1 and 5 seconds whenever I buy a Red or Blue Pot and I'm not sure why. Anyone else having this issue?

Same thing happens to me, even if I'm playing on the lowest graphical quality. Doesn't change between Full Screen, borderless, or window either. If I had to guess it is specifically related to particle effects and might have something to do with .ini files or your personal settings file needing to be deleted and remade.

I had the same problem.
I haven't had an issue with the elixers, but I have noticed random lags/freezes when buying random items in the shop. I always buy with double-clicks, I've only used the buy button like twice in my entire LoL career, not sure if that makes any difference.
So I went through the Riot Games folder in my drive and I deleted the locale.cfg file that was in there, after I did that I reloaded the game and when purchasing elixirs I no longer had a sever FPS drop however I still suffered a slight FPS drop upon opening the store. Thought I'd update everyone on here about how that worked out for me.
Same here, normally it's faster to buy blue pot but when I buy the red it freezes for like 2 seconds. Sometimes I even run out of the fountain then buy quickly and I end up dying because I run into the enemy team... Needs to be sorted. Annoying af too.
