ganked 15x by yi 20 min ww still 0-0-0 like what the fuck does it take to get a jungler? i get ganked lvl 2 every game while my junglers never do at all

Yi gets a lvl 3 powerspike (you're still 2-3 at this point WW's real ganking kill potential is at 6

tower dove 2x and almost had a kill my jungler had plenty of time just chose not to because hes not very good. ive been to diamond and watch the game 24/7 for 2 years im pretty sure i know what im doing by now but thanks anyways

Apparently you don't, you don't even understand where jungler powerspikes come from. You didn't learn from the first gank or the next 13 you claim to have received. If you had map awareness and a ward, you'd have seen him coming at lvl 3. Yi took advantage of it, you died because of your poor decision making. It's that simple.

One you fed, one you failed to close out and lost because of it, and one you were carried by Hecarim while you splitpushed and placed exactly two wards all game.

Not surprisingly, NONE of them involve a Yi or a Warwick. At all. Please, for the love of god, stop lying. Useless children.

You need to understand how each individual jungler works, then adjust your gameplay accordingly. WW can't really gank well until level 6 (at least, that's what I hear), so you shouldn't be pushing lanes at all (unless you have everything warded and have sight of the entire enemy team at all times) or trying to take towers until then. Hell, if the jungler is camping your lane, farm at the turret if you have to. Yi has a very weak early game if he doesn't get fed (think of him as just another carry, not a supporting jungler). Hell, if he tries to dive you, and you have a support with cc, stun him under tower early game and not even wuju style or flash will save his life.

If you're that concerned about your jungler, try jungling yourself. Some junglers gank early, then fall off late game (Shaco comes to mind, but beware his traps and his splitpushing, but otherwise he's tissue paper in teamfights if someone has a pink ward in their inventory). Some junglers can gank early and still maintain a strong late game (Vi, for instance) but require their laners' help early.

This is why you should know all the roles, so you understand how every one of them works. If you play mid, kill your enemy laner, and decide to aa mid turret at level 5, you're doing it wrong. That's basically putting a "gank me for free kill" sign. You should be roaming, and you should be expecting a midlaner teammate to roam in those situations. That is just one of many examples, but you should understand how every role and most champion styles work by now. Hell, you can simplify it by knowing just sustain, fast clearing, and gank-astic styles alone.

Now, if someone on your team doesn't know their champions strengths and afk farms for 20 minutes, then give them advice beforehand. A Lee Sin once told my team that he wasn't going to gank until level 6, and I politely scolded him for wasting Lee Sin's amazing early ganking potential like that. New junglers tend to rely on their level 6 powerspike, so try to help them unlearn that bad habit.

tl;dr: know different jungling/role styles, and adjust YOUR gameplay accordingly as to not give yourself a further disadvantage. Share advice to newbies, and work together and all that good stuff.

im playing rengar while master yi waits in the bushes from levels 1-4 had kill pressure and ww still didnt come to lvl 3 tower dives. i know how the game works

Why didn't you recall if you can get killed at a tower dive?
Why aren't your bushes warded? If he's not level 6, he doesn't have access to his main chasing move. Buy boots. If he can't kill you, he's going to waste time hiding in that bush and eventually leave. Buy wards, place them in the right places, so you'll always have vision of him.

Don't expect WW to gank pre-6. He really can't do that much yet.
