Top Ten Reminders on Skins

Really nice that Kayle and Nocturne picked up skins here. Both were ranking pretty high in the charts. Here's a top ten of who is left.

1. Yorick [June 2011] - We all know a rework is underway. Yorick has the rare privilege of being the only champion (that isn't under a year old) whom has nothing but on-release skins. I know it could be asking a lot, but getting a new skin with his relaunch would be highly appreciated by those that digged the gravedigger. Yorick also happens to sit as my #1 in champions with smallest skin pools [does not included champions released prior to April 2015]. While he "ties" with six other champions, he places first due to him holding that champion pool size the longest.

2. Taric [August 2011] - While he is fresh off the update schedule and had all of his skins reworked, there hasn't been anything "new" to purchase for the fabulous gem master. He doesn't even fit into the category of having a huge pool of old skins, ranking 7th in smallest skin pools for champions released prior to April 2015. [It would be 3rd if we ignored Azir, Kalista, Rek'sai and Bard.]

3. Poppy [February 2012] - Posting for the sake of fact. It would be nice to see a new skin, but I can understand the delay with a champion already sporting six skins.

4. Urgot [March 2012] - There's been a lot of comments implying he will be a 2017 project. Like Yorick, it would be nice if a new skin could be released on his relaunch. He's right behind Taric at 8th. [Or 4th depending on how you see it.]

5. Swain [May 2012] - To my knowledge, Swain isn't even a prospect for rework in the near future. He's the first on this list that simply appears to have been overlooked [position formerly held by Kennen]. Swain stands right behind Urgot in 9th.

6. Cassiopeia [February 2013] - That's quite a time skip, but our poison slinger holds a spot in the top ten. She was part of the Big Six in the Mid Year Mage Update, which might explain the hesitation on new skin developments. With any luck, we might see a Pool Party Cassiopeia in the near future.

7. Shen [May 2013] - Another champion from the recent reworks. He's about in the same spot as Poppy when it comes to skin pools, so I don't expect anything in the near future.

8. Viktor [October 2013] - Of all those featured in this top ten list, Viktor is the champion that I hold the highest suspicion of having an Ultimate in the works. I know that's just wishful thinking, but I wasn't that wrong about Sion having something major in the works before his Legendary came out. Viktor doesn't quite make my top ten in small champion pools unless you knock out the four I mentioned with Taric. [Viktor would have 7th.]

9. Rumble [April 2014] - With the release of the new Super Galaxy Skins, I felt inspired to make this list, well aware that Rumble would probably hold a spot in the top ten. Rumble holds the last spot [or 6th] in my top ten of smallest skin pools.

10. Zyra [May 2014] - From first to tenth we have almost a three year gap before we get to another champion from the Big Six of the Mid Year Mage Update. While Zyra "ties" in skins with the others, like Viktor, she doesn't quite hit the top ten unless you remove the four. [Zyra holds 9th without them.]

Every other champion in League has received a skin within the last two years. That's an interesting fact.

I'd like to add an honorable mention to Zac. While he doesn't hit the top ten (thanks to his Pool Party last year), he holds my second place in top ten of smallest skin pools (you can argue Chroma disqualification if you must).
